Our Fleetwood Collection embroidered Folk Range is all hand loomed by our artisans using only natural fibres. Inspired by traditional Oaxacan Embroidery styles, and vintage Eastern European stitch work, but with little additions such as crochet panelling. These are hand stitched in small batches by our small family team of Artisans in Thailand.
 
So much work goes into creating these beauties from conception, and they can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks in production. They are small batch and each delivery only comes in limited quantities, so as not to put too much pressure on our artisans.... it's the epitome of slow ethical fashion, just how we like it!
 
 
Our long sleeve Folk Dress is made from 100% stone washed soft linen/cotton.
It features:
- divine hand stitched embroidery of roses and petals with a special neck crochet trim and stunning hand stitched detail on the long elasticated sleeves.
- sleeves look great pushed up for that short billowy feel.
- hand blanket stitch around tiered hem. It's the little things and extra details that make these pieces so special.
- optional belt tie.
 
A forever beauty that continues to soften like a vintage heirloom piece, it is just so easy to wear - either free flowing or belt up... boots and tights in Winter, or bare feet at your fave festival.
These are super soft and effortless and will go with absolutely everything! Also makes a stunning pregnancy dress!
 
This cotton linen is a medium weight fabric in a stonewash, beautifully soft and perfect for all seasons.
 
((Stonewash linens: are soft, hang beautifully and have that natural fibre look. This is achieved by washing the fabric in large machines with smooth pumice stones or volcanic rock that tumble the fabrics fibres. As the weave loosens the fabric becomes more supple and soft, giving it a beautiful drape and natural textured look)).

These are labelled S and L but please see sizings below.
Please always go by chest measurements for best fit.
 
S/M: Underarm/chest full circumference - 104cm.
Hips - Approx - 130cm.
 
L/XL: Underarm/chest circumference - 118cm.
Hips - Approx 140cm.
 Free flowing body.
Dress length - Midi, 120cm.
 
Model is wearing size S/M and is a size 8/10.
 
Care Instructions:
Gentle hand wash only in cold water only when necessary.
Gently wring out.
Hang on a hanger and dry in gentle breeze.
Cool iron inside out, or lightly steam to help fibres loosen and drop back into place, as linens can tend to crease and bounce up.
Do not bleach or soak.
