After rummaging through bundles of incredible vintage Kantha and Suzani textiles on my recent trip to India, I knew I wanted to create something different & special—an easy, eclectic staple you’d reach for time and time again - any season.
Enter our Suzani RAMBLER Shackets.
Modelled from a much-loved denim shirt in my own wardrobe, these versatile pieces are layered with textile history and character. The base is crafted from vintage Kantha quilts, lovingly hand-stitched and repaired over many years, then overlaid with beautiful Suzani embroidery in floral designs.
Designed with classic shirt details including front chest pockets, button cuffs and traditional denim-style buttons, they can be worn buttoned up as a shirt or open as a shirt or lightweight jacket thus bring a SHACKET!
